When are the monthly coaching calls?
Great question! The LIVE coaching calls take place every other Wednesday at 8:00pm EST (7:00pm CST//5:00pm PST) They begin on September 20th and end on November 29th and are held via zoom. If you can't make it, don't worry, we record the calls for you to play back at your convenience.
What topics do you discuss on the calls?
We focus on a different theme on each call and talk about all things related to living your best life after kids- purpose, friendship, relationships, you name it, we'll cover it! We want to support you in becoming your most vibrant, authentic self while taking your future to the next level with more meaning and purpose.
You'll also have the opportunity to ask your burning questions in bonus Q&A sessions.
Does it matter what age my kids are?
No! We welcome all moms! However, the calls will be most beneficial to women with kids who are preteen-young adults.
